CANCELLED DUE TO FIRE RISK!! Bullthistle and Canada thistle are our targets. This is our 7th year at this beautiful spot in Arizona and we have made real progress in bringing the thistle under control. We will spray florets, cut off seed heads, and grub out plants.

The event will be one day but camping accommodations (including pit toilets and designated sites with tables) at Airplane Flat campground will be for Friday and Saturday. Bring your fishing gear (and license) and get in a few hours on Sunday. If you need camping gear, VOAz has a few tents, bags and pads available to borrow. Email Contact Person listed below.
Event directions and other details will be sent to registrants approximately 2 weeks prior to event.
Drive time from the VOAz office in Tempe (intersection 101/202) is approximately 2.5 hours over paved and graded dirt roads.
