VOAz Governance

Volunteers for Outdoor Arizona was incorporated in August of
2002. While VOAz is a membership organization, members do not have voting privileges.
VOAz is governed by a self-perpetuating
board of directors who are elected for overlapping, two-year terms. The officers
of the corporation are selected by the board of directors. Officers may or may
not be members of the board of directors.
